ON THE ARRIVAL DAY, INVITE TO RECEPTION IN POBIEROWO ŁÓDZKA 12 STREET.

1. Handing over the keys to the house / room follows the payment of the entire stay, the climatic fee, submission of the identity documents and completing and signing the registration card.
2. Reservations can be made in person at the reception, by e-mail or by phone. In the case of a booking, we charge a deposit of 40% of the value of the stay, which must be paid to the bank account indicated within 3 days from the moment of booking. In the event of resignation from the stay, no advance payment is made, which is treated as compensation for failure to meet the obligation of arrival. A non-refundable payment for the rent, for the unused full period of stay.
3. Hotel day starts from 16.00 and ends at 10.00 on the day of departure. Possible earlier arrivals or later departures please specify in person. Not allowing a room / house by a Guest by 10.00 results in charging costs of PLN 100 for each subsequent hour.
4. In the event of no guest arriving on the second day of booking until 12.00 (no information by e-mail or by SMS about the arrival delay), we reserve the right to continue to rent a reserved date without the possibility of refunding the deposit paid.
5. Delays or early departure do not entitle you to a refund of the equivalent of lost benefits.
6. One parking space in the center is provided for each house / room. The car park is fenced, free (applies to houses, in the case of rooms, the fee is 10 PLN / day) and unguarded. The owner is not responsible for the vehicles left behind and the valuables in them.
7. In order to ensure mutual rest of all Guests, please do not disturb the peace outside of the night. Performing and playing loud music at the resort is forbidden.
8. Silence is valid from 22.00 to 7.00.
9. In order to provide you with a peaceful and safe stay, please contact the reception of the resort. Bystanders may stay in the resort until 22.00. After 22.00, please leave the resort area. Failure to comply with this point of the regulations will result in charging a fee of PLN 100 per person.
10. In the houses / rooms are prohibited from smoking cigarettes and tobacco products (a violation of this rule will result in a penalty charge in the amount of 500 zł.).
11. In the homes / rooms / communal kitchen it is forbidden to gutting and frying fish.
12. Please segregate the garbage and throw it into containers intended for this purpose. The resort's service is not rubbish from under the door.
13. The houses and rooms are cleaned with due diligence before your arrival. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the house / room during stay stays with the guests. There is a possibility of paying the house / room cleaning up at the rates according to the price list.
14. In the event of a house / room sentence in the state of general disorder (dirty dishes, trash left) a final cleaning fee of 100 PLN will be charged.
15. On the terraces of the houses it is forbidden to light a barbecue.
16. The service provides its own heaters in case of colder days.
17. The owner is not responsible for the items left in the house / room. Please exercise due diligence in closing windows and doors when you leave the house / room. Before leaving, turn off all unnecessary electrical devices: eg iron, curling iron, hair dryer, cell chargers, etc.
18. The owner is not responsible for leaving children unattended at the resort in the cottages / rooms and on the playground. It is forbidden for children to be unaccompanied.
19. The owner is not responsible for the inconvenience resulting from the supply of electricity or water.
20. We accept pets upon prior arrangement (additional fee applies).
21. In case of arrival with a pet, please take a vaccination book. It is not allowed to leave animals in the center unattended (applies also to interiors of houses / rooms). Please keep dogs in the center on a leash.
22. Please use the equipment of the houses / rooms as intended. All damage should be immediately reported to the reception (Pobierwo, Łódzka 12 street).
23. Our guests are financially liable for any damage or destruction of objects, equipment and technical devices of the house / room / property caused by the fault of his or her guests.
24. Handover and pick-up of a house always takes place in the company of an employee.
25. The loss of the key by the Guest will be charged a sum of 100 PLN.
26. In the event of a breach of the provisions of the regulations, the center may refuse to continue providing services to the person who violates them. Such a person loses the paid monetary values, covers possible losses caused to the center and leaves the facility.
27. The point only applies to houses. In the periods April 06 to June 24 and August 27 to September 30, a surcharge for electricity in the amount of PLN 1 per KW / h with consumption over 15 KW / h per day. In heating periods, when rational use, this value is usually enough to stay without additional payment.
28. Booking, payment of a deposit or purchase of the entire stay is tantamount to acceptance of the regulations and consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Act of 29.08.1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101, item 926 of late changes) to complete the order.
29. It is forbidden to carry furniture, including chairs outside the buildings.
